Who is Tomasz?
Tomasz is a passionate personal trainer who cares deeply about his clients’ results. He believes in the motto “your success is my success”. With his extensive background in sports and fitness, he was able to help hundreds of his clients to achieve their physical goals and also transform their lives. Graduated from the top University of Physical Education in Poland and worked since 2013 with very demanding clientele across London, UK and Toronto, Canada, he mixes scientific and old school training while adding boxing to develop strong and lean physiques. Tom also wrote articles for bodybuilding magazines and is an aspiring blogger, strength and conditioning coach, and classic physique competitor.

I met Tom a year back in October 2021. At that time my weight was 122.5 kg, the waist measured as 50.5inches and was a chronic Diabetic taking 2000mg Glucophage daily. A decade back in 2011, I had three disks prolapsed in my lumbar spine, doctors adviced me to never do any weight training for the rest of my life. I explained all these to Tom and he advised me, that to strengthen muscles in the weak areas I had to start weight training. I belived his advise and started training three days a week. Gradually he changed our diet to a more protein based carbs less one. Today my reports says I am Diabetic free with a HbA1C of 4.6, which I thought never possible. Doctors have advised me to stop taking Glucophage anymore. My weight is 108kg which is 14.5kg lesser and the waist is 45.5 inches which is 5 inches lesser. I wear two sizes lesser clothes, more active in all aspects of my life. Best things about Tom are; His attention to detail and focus while we are at training. He never runs through his phone while training, an entire one hour focused power training. Secondly I treasure the fact that I could manage 1 year of weight training without a major injury. I am sure it is because of careful selection of the exercises that he chose for me, knowing my weak muscles. Thirdly I also treasure his strict followups on our diet and weight. All these have resulted in the person who I am today.

Amazing trainer always pushing me. I teenager starting with Tomasz to try and lose weight and to pursue my dream of training boxing. I have trained twice every week with Tomasz pushing me from the very first day to a whole year. The start was very tough i could not even do a push up fast forward a couple of months and boom 10 push ups on my knuckles with good form. This trainer is the best thing i could have ever gotten. Pushes me and believes in me. The skipping rope for example i couldn’t jump for 10 seconds that is even if i don’t mess up on the first one. Now i can jump on the skipping rope without messing up for 10 minutes. Amazing coach!!
