Transformations
I met Tom a year back in October 2021. At that time my weight was 122.5 kg, the waist measured as 50.5inches and was a chronic Diabetic taking 2000mg Glucophage daily. A decade back in 2011, I had three disks prolapsed in my lumbar spine, doctors adviced me to never do any weight training for the rest of my life. I explained all these to Tom and he advised me, that to strengthen muscles in the weak areas I had to start weight training. I belived his advise and started training three days a week. Gradually he changed our diet to a more protein based carbs less one. Today my reports says I am Diabetic free with a HbA1C of 4.6, which I thought never possible. Doctors have advised me to stop taking Glucophage anymore. My weight is 108kg which is 14.5kg lesser and the waist is 45.5 inches which is 5 inches lesser. I wear two sizes lesser clothes, more active in all aspects of my life. Best things about Tom are; His attention to detail and focus while we are at training. He never runs through his phone while training, an entire one hour focused power training. Secondly I treasure the fact that I could manage 1 year of weight training without a major injury. I am sure it is because of careful selection of the exercises that he chose for me, knowing my weak muscles. Thirdly I also treasure his strict followups on our diet and weight. All these have resulted in the person who I am today.

Thanks to Tomasz I finally understood the importance of footwork for my beloved sports, which are basketball and american football. I met Tomasz on a cruise line ship in Miami where we worked together for few months. I met Tom a couple of years ago. Back then I was a professional basketball player in the Polish league, unfortunately I had to finish my career prematurely due to a major injury. We soon found out that we share lots of similar interests, especially about basketball performance. It was him who introduced me to a hardcore vertical jump and speed improving training called Scott’s Creation designed for basketball players.
